These measures are formulated with a view to further promoting the education of foreign students in China and encouraging foreignstudents from poor families to study diligently, make efforts and develop in an all-round way in moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic aspects.

I. Organization Management

1. The School of International Exchange is responsible for formulating the selection method of the overseas students' self-motivated scholarship, providing guidance review and supervise the selection and award of scholarships.

2. The Office for International Students of the School of International Exchange has set up a working group for evaluation, with members from the college Party leaders, counselors, head teachers and other components.

III.Criteria and qualifications

1.Love China , Love School .

2.Abide by the Constitution,laws and school regulations.

3. Honesty and good moral character.

4. Good grades in school.

5. Take an active part in practical activities both inside and

outside school.

6. The family is in financial difficulties and lives a frugal

life.

IV.Reward criteria

1. 13,500 yuan per year for comprehensive scholarship

At the end of each academic year, a comprehensive scholarship will be awarded based on the overall performance of the previous academic year. Those who are subject to criminal or administrative penalties for violating Chinese laws, those who are subject to disciplinary warning or above for violating school rules and regulations, and those who have failed in their academic subjects in the academic year are not eligible for comprehensive scholarships.

2. Self-help scholarship. Flexible

A. First-class self-help scholarship (the specific amount is

determined by the assessment panel according to the actual situation)

B. Second-class self-help scholarship (the specific amount

is determined by the assessment panel according to the actual situation)

C. Third-class self-help scholarship (the specific amount is

determined by the assessment panel according to the actual situation)

V.Rating Procedure

1. Student’s application. Students who meet the requirements of the university apply to the School of International Exchange andfill inApplication Form for Scholarship of Yangzhou Polytechnic College,the teacher in charge of a class shall submit the application form to the assessment working group after examining its contents.

2. The assessment panel conducts a comprehensive assessment of the applicant, examines the shortlist and publishes it.

3. Announce the winners after no objection.

VI. The School of International Exchange shall be responsible for the interpretation of these measures.
